Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Technical Sales Manager at PUDLO Products Limited. As a Technical Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional sales and customer service. Our business provides project-specific, fully designed waterproofing and gas-proofing solutions directly to the construction industry via contractors whilst gaining specifications via Architects and specifiers, so experience in winning sales through both routes would be a distinct advantage. This role is primarily located in and around the London Area, with flexibility for remote work.


  • Technical Sales and Sales skills.
  • Experience in account management.
  • Technical support expertise both on-site and in office.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively present technical information to clients.
  • CPD presentation skills desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • A CSSW qualification is beneficial to the role.
  • A genuine team-player approach is paramount.
