
Mo joined DB Group in 2022 as the General Manager for PUDLO. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge amassed over a number of years within the construction industry, holding both senior technical and commercial roles.
More recently Mo has held the position of Head of Infrastructure in UK&I for one of the largest construction material manufacturers globally. His proficiencies in programme and project management were furthered of late following the completion of his masters at the University of Warwick in 2021.

Darren joined DB Group in 2012 as part of the PUDLO Site Support Team. His qualifications include a University Certificate in Concrete Technology with the University of Derby and he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Concrete Technology. In 2018 he passed the Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing course at the Property Care Association, gaining his CSSW qualification.
He now leads the Site Support Team, training new starters, carrying out final inspections and dealing with day-to-day issues that occur on PUDLO sites as well as the PUDLO Technical Team, offering technical support and guidance throughout a project’s lifespan.

Alan is the PUDLO National Sales Manager, heading up and optimising the PUDLO Specification and Account Management teams to continually improve the PUDLO offer.
Alan has a wealth of industry-wide experience acquired within the construction products sector particularly focussed on specialist concretes and applications, gained whilst working within the ready-mix concrete industry. During his Career, Alan has focussed on all structural waterproofing solutions since 2005 with a specialism for waterproof concrete applications. It is with all this experience that he earned his CSSW Qualification.

Elvis joined the PUDLO team in 2014 as a Site Technical Advisor. Since joining he has gained his TechICT and CSSW qualifications, further enhancing his waterproofing knowledge.
Elvis now uses vast waterproofing experience in his role as Key Account Manager, where he works with clients to develop waterproofing strategies for various sized projects.

After 17 years within the waterproofing industry, Paul joined DB Group in 2022 as Key Account Manager. He has previously worked on some of London’s iconic skyline projects including the Walkie Talkie Building and The Sky garden as well as BBC TV Centre at White City Place. During his time working in Specification and Commercial Divisions, Paul has worked with several impressive clients throughout the industry.
In his current position at PUDLO, Paul focuses on developing customer relationship with all aspects of our business, linking concept design done by our specification managers, onsite support team, and our commercial team to provide support from start to finish.

Sam is a Key Account Manager for the South. He is the PUDLO Readymix Champion for PUDLO, strengthening relationships with existing accounts and introducing new accounts.
Before joining PUDLO Sam gained valuable experience tunnelling both in London and the middle east (Gold Line Metro for the Qatar World Cup and London power tunnels), as well as at BASF Master Builders for 6 years in Basement waterproofing which included technical site support, Sales and concrete repair- resin injection, concrete admixtures. During his career, Same has gained his CSSW qualification.

Tim started his career with a market leading manufacturer of Aggregates and Ready Mixed Concrete. Following this he has held a number of technical sales roles which have enabled him to develop a strong understanding of the built environment and a wide experience of system design solutions in the Construction Industry. Tim joined the PUDLO Team to provide support and guidance to Specifiers in our Southern Region that require waterproofing and gas protection systems for their projects.

Chris joined the PUDLO team in 2022 as a Specification Manager. Starting off Labouring on Building Sites and cutting, polishing, fitting granite worktops, he went on to achieve a 1st Degree in Building Surveying before being employed as a Graduate Project Manager and then a Building Surveyor. Projects ranged from single storey residential extensions to multi million pound commercial and infrastructure projects. Most recently Chris moved to Verification of Ground Gas membrane and Waterproofing Systems which involved working nationally on all building types, including tunnelling 80M deep on the HS2.
In his current role at PUDLO, Chris helps drive the business forward in the North through CPDs and introductory meetings as well producing Design Drawings for water and gas protection systems to meet the clients requirements.

Calwyn began his career in waterproofing in 2007, working for a UK based chemicals manufacturer. After five years he would join the PUDLO team increasing his knowledge and experience in the watertight concrete industry as well as all aspects of below ground waterproofing systems. In his role at PUDLO, Calwyn provides advice on below ground project specifications to Architects, Engineers and Contractors.
Calwyn is also CSSW qualified and an associate member of the Institute of Concrete Technology (AMICT).

Scott is a Site Support Team Leader for the on-site team responsible for training new team members, assigning projects and managing his team. He also attends technical meetings as well as managing his own site projects, offering his expertise to customers.
Scott has 16 years of previous experience in Project Management in Flat Roofing and is also qualified in TechICT.

Roland has worked at PUDLO for more than 7 years as a Site Support Advisor, working with our customers on-site supporting them through the installation and application of PUDLO products and ensuring the best possible practice.
During his 7 years he has gained valuable experience in PUDLO Waterproofing and Gas Protection products as well as his TechICT.

Paul is a Site Technical Support Advisors, working predominantly out on customer sites ensuring that PUDLO products are used correctly and giving our clients peace of mind that they can trust in PUDLO by offering on-site support and guidance.
Paul has been part of our team since April 2015 with previous experience at a RMC supplier as a Batcher and plant supervisor. He has a qualification in TechICT and CSSW.

Emmanuel is a Site Technical Support Advisor providing on-site support services of water & Gas Proofing Projects to various Ground Worker Construction companies in The Midlands, North and Scotland, as a Site Technical Support Advisor.
Before joining PUDLO, Emmanuel gained valuable experience a assistant construction/commercial manager, managing various projects in earthworks, Tailings dam and Tunnel construction and gained a MSc in International Projects Management

Francesca is a Site Technical Support Advisor spending the majority of her time out on-site giving advice on how to use and properly install PUDLO products.
Before joining PUDLO Francesca was a remedial surveyor and has many qualifications bolstering her industry knowledge. Francesca is a Certified surveyor of timber and dampness in buildings (CSTDB) and holds a TechICT qualification.

Tom is a Site Technical Support Advisor and has recently joined PUDLO. Before he joined our team Tom was a project manager for Construction, loft conversions and extensions. He’s also managed Health & Safety, worked as a quantity surveyor and organising trade.
Tom also has a degree in Construction Management and the Built Environment which he gained at Plymouth University as well as an NVQ Level 6 degree in residential development.

Iain joined our team in 2023 after multiple years of experience in the construction industry, bringing with him his knowledge and expertise in metal stud partitioning and suspended ceilings as well as his time in site management and property refurbishment. Iain has many qualifications bolstering his knowledge including an HNC in Mechanical and Production Engineering and an NVQ 3 Construction Site Supervision.

Joe joined the Group in 2016 as part of the Site Operations team for MPS Concrete Solutions and has since become an integral part of the DB team.
In 2017 he moved to the PUDLO Site Support team and after working 5 years on-site for both MPS and PUDLO, progressed into his current role as a Senior Technical Advisor, working across all companies within the Group. In his role, he provides technical support throughout the lifecycle of a project, drawing on his vast knowledge and experience of Waterproofing and Concrete.

Jason joined DB Group in 2022 as a CAD Technician in the Technical Team working across all companies in the group. Jason brings with him 20 years of experience from within the construction industry, encompassing project work from RIBA Plan of Work stages 1 through to 7.
In his current role, he utilises the range of technologies available at PUDLO, developing project specific waterproofing solutions for our clients.

Lorraine joined the PUDLO Technical Team in 2022 brings skills working in Technical Sales and Service for a surface water drainage manufacturer and Engineering Office Management for a Food Manufacturer.
In her current role at PUDLO, Lorraine helps with the administrative needs of the Technical Team, including 1st response for technical enquiries and updating all the technical documentation for the department.
